POLICY Appointment * Booking: Online booking, DM via IG (@nailsbyminnie2103) or text (832) 929-1989. * Name, Phone Number and Credit Card Required. * Deposit fee: $30 (go towards the final price at check-out) * Late Arrival: 15+ minutes (Late = Cancellation) * No shows (without notice): will be charged 100% service fee. Cancellation & Rescheduling * Notice Required at least in 24 hours * Late cancellation: will be charged 50% service fee. (less than 24 hours) Payment * Cash, credit/debit, Venmo, Zelle * Deposit fee: $30 Refund & Warranty * No refund after service * Fixing within 3 days (No charge) Hygiene & Health * Please DO NOT COME if you are unwell * I reserve the right to refuse service if you have fungus, bleeding nails or contagious nail conditions. Nail Art & Design * Text or DM via my IG your nail’s inspo picture before you book your appointment. I’ll give you an estimate quote and time for booking or tell me your budget if you want freestyle design (You still have to send me ideas and color theme tho). Guests * Only clients receiving services. * No children or pets allowed. Personal Belongings * I am NOT responsible for your loss or damaged personal items. NEW CLIENTS - Show up with "nacked" nails. (I don't do removal - or fill anyone else’s work). - No lotion or oil on nails or body at all during the appointment. - Send photo of your nail’s condition and your idea pictures or tell me your budget to freestyle in advance. RETURN CLIENTS - Refill every 2-3 weeks. - I don't do 3+ weeks refill → Show up with "naked" nails. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
